Counselling
Individual therapy gives you the opportunity to work one to one with the therapist. This service is offered in person, through video, and phone. With individual therapy all sessions are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise requested. We work through any concern from diagnosed mental health disorders such as anxiety or depression, to those looking to understand themselves better. We welcome all cultural backgrounds and those part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga is a systematic and progressive method of Yoga suitable for all levels, ages and abilities. A variety of props are used to make classical poses (asana) available if there is tightness, injury and to educate the body to correct posture/alignment. You will find our classes an opportunity to increase strength and flexibility, learn breathwork, reduce stress and apply intelligent efforts toward developing wellbeing within a supportive community of students.
Holistic Nutrition Consultation
Holistic nutrition is an approach to health and wellness that considers the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. It emphasizes the importance of a balanced diet, prioritizing whole, unprocessed foods that nourish the body, and recognizing that nutritional needs vary from person to person based on genetics, lifestyle, and health goals. This approach encourages mindful eating, fostering awareness of food choices and habits to promote a healthier relationship with food. Additionally, it considers lifestyle factors such as exercise, stress management, and sleep as integral to overall health. Holistic nutrition aims to support the body’s natural healing processes and promote overall well-being.
